We wish to inform you that our facility is currently managing a respiratory illness outbreak, with confirmed cases of COVID‑19.

To protect the health and safety of our residents, staff, and visitors, enhanced infection prevention measures are now in place, effective immediately.

What this means:

• All visitors are required to wear a fit‑checked N95 mask at all times while on site.
• Visitors who are unwell or experiencing respiratory symptoms are asked not to attend the facility at this time.
• Staff are following outbreak management protocols, including PPE use, enhanced cleaning, and close monitoring of residents.

We understand this may be concerning and appreciate your cooperation as we work closely with Public Health to manage the outbreak and reduce further transmission.
