How to access our Home Care Services

There are two ways to access and pay for our Home Care services: through the Government-funded Support at Home program or via Self-Funded options.

Government-funded Support at Home

The Australian Government’s Support at Home program helps older Australians remain independent in their own homes for longer. Our team will guide you through the process, answer your questions, and help you make the most of your Support at Home package.

Self-Funded Home Care gives you greater flexibility and control over the care and support you receive. Access the same range of services as Support at Home, but with no waiting periods or eligibility assessments
